Online Returns
We offer refunds on full-priced items only. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be new, unworn, and have tags attached.
We will not accept returns if they have any of the following:
- Garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed
- Makeup or deodorant marks
- Any strong odours or smells
- Swing tags removed
Returns for size or colour exchanges must also be unworn with tags attached. You may choose a refund (full-priced items only) or an exchange, subject to availability.

Exchanges
If you require an exchange on a full priced item, please let us know within the 14 day period.

Once your return is received and processed, your replacement item will be dispatched as requested. Processing may take up to 4 working days. A shipping fee applies before dispatch.
Refunds if applicable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund, less a NZD $10 administration fee per item, will be processed to your original payment method within 4 working days.
Please note, we do not cover return postage costs.
Stockists
We cannot except returns from items purchased from a Laing stockist, these need to be returned directly to the stockist.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Our returns policy excludes items purchased on sale, these items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Promotional Discounts
Items purchased using the promotional discount for your First Order are eligible for an exchange or online credit only
Exclusions - Headwear and Socks
Due to hygiene reasons cashmere beanies and socks cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled and the method of payment refunded if the cancellation is request received within two hours of order confirmation.
After that, the order will have been picked and packed and a cancellation fee of NZD$10.00 will be applied to the refund to cover the costs of fulfilment and return the item to stock.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will not be refunded for return or exchange items.
