How to redeem points

You must be logged in to your account to redeem points on your order. You can login before you start shopping or during the checkout process. Once logged in select in the dropdown the redeem offer you prefer, the checkout will automatically update and you will see the Loyalty Point discount applied to your order. Proceed through checkout as normal.

What is the Laing Loyalty Programme?

How Laing Loyalty Works

  • You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on full-priced items
  • Points unlock once you reach INSIDER tier
  • 500 points = $50 off, 1000 points = $100 off
  • Points never expire
  • Tier status is reviewed annually based on your spend over the previous 12 months, measured from when you joined

Good to know

  • Points aren’t earned on sale/outlet items, shipping or gift cards
  • Points can’t be used with other discount codes
  • If you return an item, the points from that purchase are removed
  • If you used points on a return, they’ll be added back to your account

How do I join Laing Loyalty?

Simply create an account and start earning points with your first purchase—no membership fee required.

Once you've invested $500 annually, you'll join the INNER CIRCLE with access to exclusive benefits. It's our way of recognising those who truly appreciate what we create.

How do I earn points?

Members earn 1 point for every $1 NZD spent on eligible purchases.

  • Points are earned on full-priced items only
  • Points are calculated on the final amount paid, excluding shipping, taxes and non-product charges
  • Points are added once your order has been fulfilled
  • Purchases made using store credit or referral credit do not earn points
How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed once you reach INSIDER tier.

  • 500 points = $50 NZD off
  • 1000 points = $100 NZD off
  • Points are redeemed at checkout
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred
  • Points redemptions cannot be combined with promotional discount codes

Points do not expire.

Do my points expire?

Earn one point for every dollar spent—points are automatically added to your account and never expire. As your collection grows, so do your rewards, bringing you closer to the next tier and its exclusive benefits.

What are the different loyalty tiers?

We have three main tiers based on your total spend:

INNER CIRCLE ($500-$999): Redeem points for $50 off + 24-hour early access to new drops and sales + a birthday treat

CURATOR ($1000 - $2499): Enhanced rewards ($100 off per $1000 spent) + all INNER CIRCLE benefits

ATELIER ($2500 - $4999): Magnified rewards with access pre-ordering/trunk shows, plus all INNER CIRCLE and CURATOR benefits.

ICON ($5000+): Our top-level tier, featuring access to Laing founder Anna, plus all INNER CIRCLE, CURATOR and ATELIER benefits.

Tier status is based on your spend over a rolling 12-month period, measured from the date you joined the Loyalty Programme.

Each year, we review your spend from the previous 12 months.

  • If it meets the threshold for your current tier, you’ll remain in that tier (or be upgraded if you’ve reached the next level).
  • If it does not, your tier may move down to reflect your spending.

You will never be moved down until you’ve enjoyed the benefits of your tier for at least a full 12 months.

Can I earn points on all purchases?

Points are earned on all full-price purchases. Sale & Outlet Sale items and shipping don't contribute to your points balance, every other investment helps build your rewards and tier status.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with friends, and when they make their first purchase, you'll both receive $25 to spend at Laing. It's our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about quality that lasts.

Eligibility & Accounts

The programme is open to customers aged 18 and over with a registered Laing account. Participation is free. Only one account per person is permitted.

Programme Updates

We may update or evolve the Loyalty Programme from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify members via email.

Early Access & Member Benefits

Early access, events and special offers are subject to availability and may change from time to time. Early access does not guarantee product availability.

Fair Use

The programme is intended for personal use. Accounts may be suspended or closed if misuse, fraud or multiple accounts are identified.

Privacy

Your information is managed in line with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time while remaining a loyalty member.
