How do I return a Laing Home item
From receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return the item to us for an exchange or refund on Full Priced Items. Simply start the return or exchange process here or at lainghome.com/a/return
What is your returns policy
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items cannot be worn, washed or altered.
All tags must still be attached.
If returned items appear to be worn, washed or altered and not in the original condition they may not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Sale items are are only eligible for exchange or a store credit.
Outlet Items are full & final sale
Do you offer free returns
Unfortunately, as a small company, we cannot offer free returns. But the 14-day return policy from receipt of order, gives you time to discover if our item is right for you. We recommend that you use a tracked courier service as the return of items is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order for a refund
Yes, of course, but only on full priced items. Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received and as long as everything is in order, the refund will be made within 4 working days. Returns can be made through our online portal which you can find HERE
What is Laing's Shipping Policy
Once your order is received it will be shipped as follows:
Orders received before 10 am- same day
Orders received after 10 am – the following day
Orders received on weekends or after 10 am on a Friday – the next business day
Expect your shipment to take 1-2 days for metropolitan areas 2-4 days for outside metropolitan areas and up to 5 days for rural areas.
For Australian orders, we use Australian Post. Expect your shipment to take 4-5 days for metropolitan areas 7-9 days for outside metropolitan areas and up to 10 days for outlying regional areas.
For all other International order we ship using DHL Express. Expect your shipment to take 4-5 days for metropolitan areas 7-9 days for outside metropolitan areas and up to 10 days for outlying regional areas.
These time frames do not include if your consignment is held up by your countries customs department for clearance.
What about duties and taxes
All New Zealand domestic orders have GST included in the price.
For International orders, there may be duties and taxes to pay on your order. Payment of these is the responsibility of the purchaser. If this is the case, DHL or your customs office will contact you for payment of these taxes prior to the release of your shipment.
What size should I buy?
On our product pages we have a size guide. This guide has the key measurements for each individual style, not just generic sizing. We suggest that you check the style measurements against a garment that you have in your wardrobe that you like the fit of to make a good comparison.

How should I care for my garments
Part of our commitment to you is to make a garment that lasts. We have tested all our fabrics, worn test the styles and put them through a rigorous washing programme prior to production.
