Returns & Exchanges

We understand that buying clothing online can be a bit tricky, that is why at Laing Home we have a return policy for any products that you are not happy with. From receipt of your order, you have 30 days to return the order to us. 
Items being returned for exchange (wrong size or colour) must be new and unworn with the tags still attached. You have an option of either a full refund or exchange for any other colour, size or style that you would like.
Items that have not performed as per our quality guarantee can be returned within 30 days and a full refund will be made.

As soon as your item has been received we will despatch your new item as per your instructions

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
