Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that buying clothing online can be a bit tricky, that is why at Laing we have a return policy for any full priced products that you are not happy with. From receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return it to us. 

Items being returned for exchange (wrong size or colour) must be new and unworn with the tags still attached. You have an option of either a full refund or exchange for any other colour, size or style that you would like.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange on a full priced item, please let us know within the 14 day period.

 As soon as your item has been received and processed, we will despatch your new item as per your instructions. Processing of return or exchange items is up up to 4 working days. Please note that a shipping fee will be required prior to despatch.

Refunds applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final purchases and only a store credit will be issued.

Outlet Items

All Outlet items are full and final sale. No refund or exchange will be allowed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will not be refunded for return or exchange items.
